This is the last will and testament of me Eleanor Mary Susan Bonnycastle of the Township of Seymour in the County of Northumberland, wife of Henry William John Bonnycastle of the same place Esquire.

First I hereby revoke all other wills by me heretofore made and executed.

Second I hereby appoint my son Frank Edward Bonnycastle sole executor of this my last will and testament.

Third I hereby will and bequeath and [ ] all my real and personal property whatsoever and wheresoever situate to my two sons Frank Edward Bonnycastle and Richard Henry Bonnycastle and their heirs for ever.

To my son Frank Edward Bonnycastle I give Lot No.5 in the 5th Concession of Seymour

To my son Richard Henry Bonnycastle North half of Lot No 5 in the 4th Concession of Seymour.

That my son Frank Edward Bonnycastle allow his father Henry William John Bonnycastle three hundred dollars a year, if he is not satisfied living with him, after my death, to be paid quarterly and one hundred dollars a year if he remains with him.

That my son Frank Edward Bonnycastle give his brother Richard Henry Bonnycastle five hundred dollars at my death.

I do also appoint and nominate my son Frank Edward Bonnycastle my residuary legatee
