Possibly RelatedHe and Anne Bonny were possibly related. Anne Bonny was of Maidford when she married William Cooke of Preston Capes in 1721/2. The Bonnycastle surname was sometimes abbreviated to Bonny in parish records so it is possible that Anne was a relative of John's.4
