Miss Helena Margaret Daley
Is First Bride in New Church

Miss Helena Margaret Daley had the honor of being the first bride to be married in Our Lady of Perpetual Help church since its opening. The bride, daughter of Mr and Mrs A T Daley, was united in marriage to Mr Winston Churchill Graham of Ottawa, son of Mrs Graham of Vancouver and the late Dr Walter Graham, this morning at ten o'clock. Rev Father Patrick Mann officiated.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Miss Phyllis McClement. Mr Lawrence Cullen attended the groom.

A simply fashioned daytime frock of teal blue crepe was worn by the bride. A felt model hat in matching shade with a fur trim was worn and she wore navy blue accessories and a shoulder boquet of Talisman roses.

The bride's attendant was wearing a royal blue crepe frock and a navy blue felt hat. Talisman roses in a shoulder corsage were worn.

Mr and Mrs Graham left on a motor trip to Montreal after a reception held at the home of the bride's parents. For travelling the bride had chosen a black crepe frock, a black felt hat and a black caracul coat with a wolf trim. They will reside in Ottawa.
