This is an estimate based on marrying in 1794. 
Research Note Margaret who married Alexander is possibly the daughter of James McLaren and Janet Millar born in 1763 in Muthill. 
Marriage BannMarriage banns were published on 4 May 1794 in Dunblane, Perthshire, for Alexander Stirlng and Margaret McLaren. It was noted that Alexr was in Craighead and Margt was in Muthill parish.1

MarriageShe married Alexander Stirling on 13 May 1794 in Comrie, Perthshire.
The officiant was Mr. McLaren. [I have not yet determined if or how he was related to Margaret]2 
(Heir) WillMargaret McLaren was mentioned in the trust disposition and deed of settlement of her husband Alexander Stirling dated 21 Aug 1823 in Dunblane. She was to receive £20 annually, reduced to £5 if she remarried. As well, Margaret was to receive the press she brought with her at marriage, all uncut horn and linen with sheets and blankets necessary for two beds, all china and plate and her paraphernalia, £20 for mournings and to purchase furniture for the house at Ardoch where she was to liferent a part.3 
(Widowed) DeathHer husband Alexander died on 11 Aug 1826.4 
Gravestone James erected a monument at Ardoch cemetery for his parents and his son. The transcription reads:
