1900 CensusSarah Larrey appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Dundee, Monroe County, Michigan, enumerated 12 Jun 1900. She was age 57, born Sept 1842 in Michigan, father born in New Jersey and mother in New York, and she was a Dressmaker. Sarah was a widow who owned her home free. Her children Thomas Benjamin, Edward and Floyd A were living with her.7 
MarriageSarah Ann Suydam married Denias Smith on 6 Oct 1909 in Monroe, Monroe County, Michigan.

They were married by Presbyterian Minister Rev D.C. Burns and the witnesses were Mrs W.C. Burns & Fred John Kolb, both of Monroe.2 
1910 CensusDenias and Sarah A Smith appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Dundee, Monroe County, Michigan, at Monroe Street, enumerated 29 Apr 1910. Denias was 75, born in New York, and lived on his own income. Sarah was 66, born in Michigan, parents born in New Jersey, and she was the mother of 10 children, 6 of whom were still living. They had been married less than a year, second marriage for both, and they rented their home.8

Details from registration: married, born Sep 12 1841 in Dundee, age 77 yrs 5 mos 1 day, housewife, father Ralf V Sadam born New Jersey, mother Sarah Reightmyer born New State [sic], died of carcinoma of stomach, informant was Ben Larry of Dundee. Burial in Maple Grove, Dundee.3
