Research Note Why does this fellow have Bonnycastle for his middle name? As far as I know, neither of his parents are Bonnycastle descendants. The link may be that his father William Jewell was a clerk in His Majesty's Dockyards and Charles Bonnycastle was associated with Chatham Dockyard. More research needed.
