Details from the register: John Fernee, bachelor, and Mary Mullings, spinster, both of this parish were married by banns. The witnesses were G Hamp and [John's sister-in-law] Eleanor Fernee.1 
1841 CensusMary Mullings and John Fernee appeared on the 1841 Census of St Pancras, Middlesex. John was 47, a Cowkeeper, and born in the county. Mary was 47 and born in the county. Their children Charles, Thomas, John and Robert were living with them, as well as Ann Whamsley, age 3 [probably their daughter Sarah's daughter Mary Ann born 1839]. Note that the 1841 census records ages rounded down to the nearest 5 years, does not record relationships, and only indicates whether or not the person was born in the county.2 
DeathMary Mullings died in 1847 in Hampstead Road and was buried in Highgate Cemetery.3
