mentions particularly £500 Sterling contained in a joint personal Bond granted by Walter Frederick Campbell of Shawfield and Islay and James MacInnes writer in Edinburgh to himself, dated 17 July 1830

mentions particularly that new house build by William Caidzen Tailor in Ramoyle of Dunblane, on that piece of waste ground next to his other tenement in said Ramoyle together with the Westmost half of the muckle yard lying there, as the same were sometime possessed by the said William Caidzen and Mary Murray his Spouse thereafter by Hary Gibson and Janet Monteith, then by John Whitehead and Catharine Kerr and Archibald their Son, and thereafter by the deceased John Graham my father, lying in the Parish of Dunblane, and Shire of Perth

First make an offer either of the said heritable subjects particularly before conveyed, with the whole household furnition & plenishing in the house, including a bedding of clothes to John Muill wright in Dunblane, son of the late Isabella Graham my Sister (the rest of the blankets and bed and table linen to be divided as aftermentioned) on his paying to my said Trustees the sum of Twenty pounds Sterling or to allow him to have a Share with the children of my said sister by the deceased Alexander Reid her husband as aftermentioned, and the said John Muill shall be bound to make his election within three months after my death

Second, convert the whole estate into Cash, with the exception of what is to be conveyed and given the said John Muill, and in case he should decline to accept the heritable property and furniture, then my said Trustees shall after the expiry of the said three months sell the heritable property and furniture

Third pay all my just and lawful debts, sickbed and funeral expences and the expences of the management of my estate.

Fourth to each Trustee Three pounds Sterling

Fifth divide the free residue:
one third part to the children of the said William Graham
one third part to the children of John Lennox residing in Dunblane and the deceased Margaret Graham my sister
one third part to the children of the deceased Alexander Reid Farmer at Balhaldie and Isabella Graham my Sister and in case the said John Muill should decline to accept the house and household furniture then he is to draw his share of the said third part.2
