CLARE SIMPSON
Clare Wilbert Simpson, 39, ex-ray technician at the King Edward hospital, and active in lacrosse and speed skating circles, died Sunday. Mr Simpson resided at suite B, Brandon court. Born in Winnipeg he had played lacrosse with the Argonauts and later in Seattle with the coast league. Mr Simpson is survived by his widow Marie; two daughters, Jacqueline and Joan, both at home; two brothers, Roy, of Winnipeg; Floyd, of Vancouver; also one sister, Mrs C Davies, of Seattle. The funeral service will be held Wednesday at 2.45 pm in Clark Leatherdale funeral chapel, with Rev HB Duckworth officiating. Burial will be in Brookside cemetery.10
