This is the last Will and Testament of me Hephzibah Henry of Lewisham in the County of Kent widow.
I give to my Son Richard Henry all that the undivided third part of all that my freehold Estate situate in Badger Yard in the parish of Saint James Clerkenwell in the county of Middlesex which I purchased some time ago to hold to him his heirs and assigns forever charged and chargeable nevertheless with the payment of ten pounds a year to his Sister my daughter Hephzibah Henry for and during the term of her natural life and I trust that my said Son Richard Henry will pay to Mrs Donald for her life an annual Sum of Ten pounds because his late father wishes that payment to be made to her and
I give all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and whatsoever unto my said daughter Hephzibah Henry her heirs Executors administrators and assignees for her and to her own use and benefit and I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said daughter Hephzibah Henry sole Executrix of this my will

This Will was proved at London the thirty first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and eight before the worshipful George Ogilvie Doctor of Laws and Surrogate of the Right Honble Sir William Wyand Knight also Doctor of Laws Master Keeper or commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted by the oath of Hephzibah Hommey formerly Henry wife of Matthew Francis Hommey the Daughter of the decd and the sole Executrix named with said will to have admon was granted of all and singular the Goods Chattels and Credits of the said deceased having been first sworn duly to administer.
