(a) land in Dadington, Oxfordshire in the possession of Edward and William Turner
(b) two Messuages Cottages or Tenements in Banbury in the possession of Edward Reynolds
to be sold, and out of the moneys
(a) to son John (under 21), £150
(b) to son Thomas (under 21), £150
(c) to daughter Beata (under 21), £100
interest to be put towards their maintenance and education until they are 21
interest on the overplus for wife Beata during her natural life. After her decease one moiety to children John, Thomas, and Beata and the other moiety as directed by Beata in her will or otherwise
(d) to brother Charles Apletree ten Shillings to buy a Ring
(e) to uncle Robert West and Mr Thomas Ward ten shillings apiece to buy Rings
