Research Note So far, nothing is known about Phyllis or her husband between 1929 and 1962. 
Voters' ListMrs Phyllis F Hand, retired, appeared on the electoral roll in 1962 in Victoria, British Columbia. Her address was 2573 Epworth Street. Also at that address was Mrs Helen M Russell, retired. They were also there on the 1965 voters list. They were still there on the 1968 list, but were recorded as widows rather than retired.11
