The Will of Ann Mary Fernee formerly of 1 Lambeth-terrace Bethnal Green in the County of Middlesex but late of 42 Lilian-street Barnes in the County of Surrey Spinster who died 16 June 1881 at 42 Lilian-street was proved at the Principal Registry by William Perry of 19 Russell-road Holloway in the County of Middlesex Gentleman the sole Executor. Personal Estate £938 12s. 3d.8

Ann Mary Fernee, Deceased. Notice is hereby given, that all creditors and other persons having any claims or demands upon or against the estate of Ann Mary Fernee, formerly of No. 1, Lambeth-terrace, Bethnal Green, in the county of Middlesex, but late of No. 42, Lilian-street, Barnes, in the county of Surrey, Spinster, deceased (who died on the 16th day of June, 1881, and whose will was proved by William Perry, of 19, Russell-road, Holloway, in the said county of Middlesex, Gentleman, the executor therein or before the 1st day of November next, after which date the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the parties entitled thereto, having regard only to the claims and demands of which they shall then have had notice; and that the said executors will not be liable for the assets of the said deceased.7
