Celia was 39 and born in Islington. Their children were Amy (14) and Marguerite (6). They had one domestic servant and a visitor (Thomas Sheder [sic], 49, born Islington.)7 
1911 CensusAdam James and Celia appeared on the 1911 Census of Luton, Bedfordshire, at Studley Road. They lived in a large 9-room house and had one servant. Adam James was 48, born in Clerkenwell, and was a manager in Hat Manufacturing. Celia was 49, birthplace Islington, and was the mother of 2 children, one of whom was living. With them was their daughter Marguerite (16.)8
