1881 CensusRebecca Emma Fernee appeared on the 1881 Census of Hammersmith, Middlesex, at 51 Rowan Road, enumerated 3 Apr 1881. Rebecca E was a widow, age 45, a Fund Holder, and born in Hornsey, Middlesex. Her son Henry George and father Thomas Fernee were listed as living with her, as well as one servant.7 
1891 CensusRebecca Emma Fernee appeared on the 1891 Census of Willesden, Middlesex, at 27 Christchurch Road, enumerated 5 Apr 1891. William Dean was the head of the household. With him was sister in law Rebecca E Dean, widow, age 53, living on own means, and born in Highgate. Her son Henry George and father Thomas Fernee were with her, as well as a cook and a housemaid.8
