Frank was 32, employed as a Brass Turner in an engineering works, and was born in Islington. Rosetta was 33, born in Enfield Lock, and had borne 3 children, 1 of whom died. They had been married 11 years. They lived in a 5 room dwelling with their children Frank William James (8) and Herbert Wallace (4.)7 
(Admon) ProbateFrank William Fernee was granted administration of his wife Rosetta's estate on 3 Dec 1949 in London. He was noted to be a retired engineer.8
