(with Parents) 1891 CensusHe appeared on the 1891 Census of St George the Martyr CP, London with his parents. Edward [sic] was 2 and born in Finsbury London.3 
BaptismHe was baptized on 23 Sep 1897 in St Mark Hanwell, Middlesex. He was the son of Edwin Fernee of 7 Dover House, Russell Place, Old Kent Road. His siblings Melinda and Elizabeth were baptised the same day. The clerk missed a lot of information in the entries, such as their mother's name and father's occupation.1 
1901 Census Siblings Edwin (12), Melinda (9), and Elizabeth (6) Fernée were workhouse children in the 1901 census. No personal information was on the census form other than name and age. In the enumerator's words, "It is absolutely impossible to give this information as the children have not any clear idea where they were born." They were in the Brentford Workhouse and you can read more about it and see pictures at this excellent site.5 
MarriageHe married Alice Ada Nabb on 25 Dec 1915 in St Anne Islington, London.
