On Tuesday, January 9, 2001 ORVAL JAMES RENNIE passed away at the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit. Orval was predeceased by his son James; father Sam; mother Muriel and sister Mae Blum. He is survived by his wife Milda; son Deron; daughter Leah; mother in law Vera Hlausa; brother in law John (Pat) Blum; sister in law Dorothy (Denzil) Watt; nieces Sharon (Bill) Banilevic, and Laurie (Darcy) Brennan; great nieces Kim Banilevic, Amy and Melissa Brennan; life long friends Don (Helen) Reid, Colin and Devin; and many special friends and relatives. Funeral Service will be held on Friday, Jan. 12, 2001 in Helmsing Funeral Chapel, 2210 College Ave., Regina SK at 10:00 AM with Rev. Barry Bruce officiating. Interment will follow in Riverside Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers friends may make a donation to Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care, 4101 Dewdney Ave., Regina SK, S4T 1A5, Regina General Hospital, Children's Ward, 1440 14th Ave., Regina SK, S4P 0W5, Canadian Cancer Society, Regina Unit, 1470 Wascana St., Regina SK, S4T 4J5, or a charity of one's choice. Arrangements are entrusted to the Helmsing Funeral Chapel.
