MarriageShe married David Richard Todd on 3 Dec 1890 in Loig Farm, Perthshire. Details from the certificate: David R Todd, farmer, age 24, father David Todd, cocoa-nut planter, deceased, mother Ellen Clara (Price) Todd;

They were married at Loig Farm and the witnesses were Robert Monteath and Agnes J Kinross, Maggie's sister. Maggie was with child.3 
Note.David Richard Todd's father, a cocoanut planter and owner of plantations in Ceylon, died in 1880. In his will he provided £100 per year for each of his five children and his wife with the entire estate to be divided when the youngest child reached majority. The inventory of personal effect (not including land) totaled £6,602.3 
1891 CensusDavid R and Maggie A Todd appeared on the 1891 Census of Muthill and Dunblane, Perthshire, at Craighead Cottage. David was 25, a farmer, and born in Ceylon. Maggie was 25 and born in Ardoch. With them were 3 farm servants and one farm servant's wife.5 
1901 CensusMargaret Todd appeared on the 1901 Census of Edinburgh, lodging at 20 Riego Street. She was 34 years old and recorded as a soldier's wife. With her were her children David R (9) and Maisie R S (7). Margaret's husband David was not to be found in the 1901 census.3 
DeathMaggie died on 3 Apr 1908 in Edinburgh.
Information from the certificate: Margaret Ann Todd, died at the Infirmary of acute lobar pneumonia of four days duration, age 41, residence 198 Countryside, Edinburgh, and married to David Richard Todd, commission agent.3
