Research Note Siblings Augusta and Bernhard had the surname Kolthammer on the passenger list but the surname Heiden in the 1900 census. Nothing more has yet been found for them. 
Research Note There is a death in Queens, New York, for a Bernard Heiden age 69 on 29 Nov 1935, Cert #7292. 
NoteBernhard Kolthammer and Henry Kolthammer were both cigar makers. Bernhard was born in 1867 and lived in Manhattan, while Henry was born in 1849 and has been found in Colorado, Washington, and British Columbia. Perhaps there is a relationship.
