Charles was 26, a Cooper with real estate valued at $200 and personal goods of $100, born in Canada, parents foreign born, and a U.S. citizen. Sarah was 23, keeping house and born in Michigan. With them was Edith, born in October and 8 months old.4 
1880 CensusCharles and Sarah E Teal appeared on the 1880 Federal Census of Brookdale, Rush County, Kansas, enumerated 9 Jun 1880. Charles was 38, a Physician, born in Canada, father born in New York and mother in Canada. Sarah was 33, keeping house, born in Michigan, father born in New York and mother in Michigan. With them were their children Edith M (10) and Fred (6/12). His sister Catherine and family and his mother Elizabeth lived nearby.3 
Research Note His children Fred and Edith are in Ohio in 1900 but I haven't found Charles or Sarah after 1880.
