With them were Mary C (10), John T (8), Nancy E (6), Sarah E (5), Francis M (2), and Cilan A (3 months). The children were all born in Illinois and the eldest three attended school.6

Samuel was 56, a Farm Laborer, born in Tennessee, parents born in Tennessee. Margaret was 37, Keeping House, born in Illinois, father in Tennessee, mother in Baden. 1900 CensusSamuel and Margaret Wilson appeared on the 1900 Federal Census of Pinckneyville, Perry County, Illinois, enumerated 2 Jun 1900. Samuel was 77, born Nov 1822 in Tennessee, parents born in Tennessee, Farmer, could read and write, and owned his house and farm free. Margaret was 55, born in Aug 1844 in Illinois, father born in Tennessee, mother in Missouri. She was the mother of 6 children [sic], 5 were still living, and could read but not write. They had been married 34 years. With them was one daughter - Eva L, age 20.8
1910 CensusMargret [sic] Wilson appeared on the 1910 Federal Census of Nameoki Township, Madison County, Illinois. She was with her daughter and son-in-law Lilian and George Adams. Margaret was a widow, age 65, born in Illinois, father born in Tennessee, mother in Germany. She was able to read and write. She had borne 11 children, 8 of whom were still living.9 
DeathMargaret died on 14 Jan 1915 in DuQuoin, Perry County, Illinois.2
