The will included the phrases, "to my niece Blanche McIntyre, the sum of Five Hundred Dollars" and "to my sister Mrs. Hemstreet, the sum of One thousand Dollars and I give to her my clothing and bedding and direct that she divide these with my niece Blanche McIntyre."12 |

Death | Abigail died on 10 May 1927. She died one month after her sister Isabella and was the last surviving child of William Inkster & Elizabeth O'Donnell.14,15 |
Burial | There is a headstone for her in Fairview Cemetery, Drinkwater, Saskatchewan. The map of the cemetery for Plot 68, graves 1 & 2, says Abigail Hemstreet died 10 May 1927 & John [sic] Hemstreet died 26 Apr 1929.
There is also a headstone in O'Hara Cemetery in Madoc Township, Hastings County, Ontario which reads William & Abbie Hemstreet and has no dates recorded.16,15
