Living with him were several boarders (a silver miner and his family, 2 adults with no occupation recorded, and a locomotive engineer).8 |

Thomas was single, born in April 1874, Scotland, age 37, immigrated in 1897, Presbyterian, accountant working on own account. Worked 12 weeks at 54 hours per week at this job in 1900 for $451. He had a partner, James Mi---ci (married, age 33, birthplace Italy, Catholic, immigrated 1896, occupation Miner). With them were several Chinese lodgers who worked in the mine.6 |

Death | Thomas died before 3 Aug 1941. On his wife's death registration in Vancouver, 1941, it said she was a widow. His death record has not yet been found.10 |
