Note.They were noted to be paupers in 1889 when their daughter Grace Maud was baptised.5 
1891 CensusRobert Fernee and Florence Maud Head appeared on the 1891 Census of Pancras, London, at 68 Peckwater Street, enumerated 5 Apr 1891. Two Fernee families live at this address: Charles in 3 rooms and Robert in 2. Thomas Fernee was at 66 Peckwater Street. Robert was 24, employed as a Coal Porter, and born in Pancras. Florence was 22 and born in Pancras. Their son Robert was with them.6 
1901 CensusRobert Fernee and Florence Maud Head appeared on the 1901 Census of St Pancras, London, at 105 Islip Street, enumerated 31 Mar 1901. Robert Fernce was 34, a Coal porter, and born in St Pancras. Florence was 31 and born in St Pancras. Their son Robert was listed as living with them, as well as brothers- and sister-in-law William, Robert, James, and Phoebe Head.7 
1911 CensusRobert and Florence appeared on the 1911 Census of Upper Holloway, London, at 32 Ashford Road. They occupied 5 rooms. Robert was 44, born in St Pancras, and a Carman for a Coal Merchant. Florence was 41 and born in St Pancras.They had been married 23 years and only had one child. With them was their son, Robert (23, solicitor's clerk) and one boarder in the household.8 
(Executor) ProbateRobert Fernee was named an executor of the estate of Florence Maud Fernee on 23 Apr 1953 in London.9
