Ellen was 40 and born in Clerkenwell. With them were [Ellen's] uncle (John Randall, 45, carriage warehouseman) and their children John (19, bakers assistant) and Amy (15.)6 
Research Note Their children in the 1901 census, John and Amy, were Ellen's from her first marriage. 
DeathSamuel died in 1914.7
 
BurialHe was buried on 17 Jan 1914 in Islington Cemetery.8
