(Informant) DeathJames Paterson Reid registered the 1873 death of Elizabeth Reid. He was noted to be son James Reid, present.7,8 
1881 CensusJames and his daughter Marion appeared on the 1881 Census of West Newchurch, Monmouthshire, at Penyrowl. They were visiting James' brother William there. James was 42, married, born in Scotland, a teacher of physical science and literature. His wife and son were in London visiting her sister.9 
DeathJames died between 1881 and 1891.
