(with Parents) 1861 CensusThomas appeared on the 1861 Census of Dunblane, Perthshire with his parents. He was 14 years old, a scholar, and born in Dunblane.3

Research Note I cannot see a marriage for them in the English index.
Checked birth registrations in Devizes RD from 1845-1850. There is Georgina Self in Sep Q 1848 and Georgiana Butler in Mar Q 1849. 
1871 CensusThomas and Georgina Reid appeared on the 1871 Census of Marylebone, London, at 10 Rathbone Place. They were boarders in the home of a coffee house keeper. Thomas was 25, a railway clerk, born in Scotland. Georgina was 24, a dressmaker, and born in Allcanning Wilts.4 
(Sibling) 1881 CensusThomas Reid appeared on the 1881 Census of Acton, Middlesex, as a brother in the household of Robert and Lucretia Reid. Thomas was unmarried, age 35, a Clerk, and was born in Scotland.5 
(Witness) Marriage Thomas Reid witnessed the marriage of his brother Walter Reid and Margaret Elizabeth MacDonald on 28 Oct 1886 in Winton Cottage, Pencaitland, Haddington.6 
Research Note This is the most likely Thomas Reid to be the witness at Walter's marriage in 1886. 
Research Note *** The data on Thomas is rather tentative. He was definitely with his brother in 1881 and the 1871 finding is based on him being a clerk. May not be the same fellow. No luck so far finding him in 1891 or 1901 in Scotland or England.
