(Father) BirthHarry and Agnes became the parents of a baby girl on 17 Apr 1921 in Vancouver, British Columbia, but she died shortly after birth. The family lived at 2256 Albert Street, Vancouver.8

(Executor & Heir) WillHarry Kolthammer of Eagle Harbor, British Columbia was named sole executor and heir in the will of his father Henry Kolthammer dated 11 Feb 1925. The will was probated after his father's death in 1936.10 
Anecdote"The northern passage around Eagle Island and that portion of water due east of Eagle Island was developed in the late 1920's and early 1930's by Mr. Harry Kolthammer, (after whom Kolthammer Crescent in West Vancouver was named), as a marina for the servicing and rental of rowboats for sport fishing. This activity gave rise to the name Fishermans Cove." [this is in West Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada]11 
. "In 1924 Mr. & Mrs. Kolthammer bought some of the property from Yellowelees and operated a store, boat rentals and Post office. The Kolthammer's commissioned Matthias Joe to carve and paint two totem poles, which still stand today at the entrench to Fisherman’s Cove Marina."12
