Ralph was 39, born in Michigan, parents born in New Jersey, and was a Farmer and employer in general farming. Thresa was 37, born in Michigan, father born in Michigan and mother New York. They had been married 2 years (Ralph's second, Thresa's first) and owned their farm with a mortgage. Their daughter Dorothy M was with them. [Dorothy was Ralph's daughter from his first marriage and Theresa was her step-mother]6 
1920 CensusRalph and Theresa Suydam appeared on the 1920 Federal Census of Palmyra Township, Lenawee County, Michigan, enumerated 6 Jan 1920. Ralph was 49, born in Michigan, father born in New York and mother in New Jersey, and he was a farmer on his own farm. Theresa was 46 and born in Michigan. They owned their home free. Their daughter [Theresa's stepdaughter] Dorothy M was living with them, as well as Ralph's sister in law Abbey Vail.7 
(Mentioned) ObituaryHe was mentioned in Richard Suydam's 1924 obituary as brother Ralph from Palmyra.8

Ralph was 49, first married at 24, born in Michigan, parents born in the U.S., not a veteran, and was a farmer on a general farm. Theresa was 55, first married at 20, and born in Michigan. Their daughter Dorothy was 26 and they had one boarder.9 
DeathRalph died in 1956.10
