Research Note On Euphemia's marriage registration, her mother was recorded as Sarah while on the baptism record she was recorded as Marrion. Sarah and Marion were interchangeable names on Mull at that time.

They were married by Wm Matheson, PC Bruce Tp and the witness was Alex Fraser of Saugeen.1 
1871 CensusJohn and Euphemia appeared on the 1871 Census of Bruce Township, Bruce County, Ontario. John was age 40, born in Scotland, Canada presbyterian, Scotch origin, a farmer, and married. Euphemia was 34, born in Scotland, Canada Presbyterian, Scotch, and married. Their children were Peter (8), Isabella (6), Sarah (4), Mary (2), and Cathrine (1 month.)3 
1881 CensusJohn and Euphemia appeared on the 1881 Census of Bruce Township, Bruce County, Ontario. John was 50, born in Scotland, Canada Presbyterian, Scotch origin, a farmer, and married. Euphema was 46, born in Scotland, Canada Presbyterian, Scotch origin, and married. Their children were Peter (18), Sarah (14), Mary (12), Catherine (10 or 11), Christy (8), Isabella (6), and Euphemia (4). With them as well was Allen McFadgen (widower, age 60, born Scotland.)4 
1891 CensusJohn and Euphemia appeared on the 1891 Census of Bruce Township, Bruce County, Ontario. The McKinnons lived in a one story wood house with 5 rooms. John was 61, born in Scotland, parents born in Scotland, religion Presbyterian, and was a Farmer. Euphemia was 55, born in Scotland, parents born in Scotland, and religion Presbyterian. Their children were Peter (28), Sarah (23), Mary (21), Kate (20), Tena (18), Bell (16), and Pheme (13). They could all read and write.5 
DeathEuphemia died on 3 Jan 1897 in Ontario.
