In the Matter of Proceedings for Liquidation by Arrangement or Composition with Creditors, instituted by Peter Godart, formerly of 325, Mile End-road, and now of 7, Wapping-wall,Shadwell, both in the county of Middlesex, Painter and Decorator.
William Cornish Cooper, of 7, Gresham-street, in the city of London, Public Accountant, has been appointed Trustee of the property of the debtor. All persons having in their possession any of the effects of the debtor must deliver them to the trustee, and all debts due to the debtor must be paid to the trustee. Creditors who havenot yet proved their debts must forward their proofs of debts to the trustee. Dated this 17th day of November, 1874.11
