1891 CensusJohn Henry Blackmore and Mary Ann Fernee appeared on the 1891 Census of Pancras, London, at 69 Peckwater Street, enumerated 5 Apr 1891. John Blackmoor was 37, employed as a Coach's painter, and was born in Pancras. Maryan was 22, a Laundress and born in Pancras. Their children Rebecca and Elizabeth were with them, as well as Alexander and May (both age 5, born Fulham). Mary Ann's mother Sarah occupied one room and was enumerated as a Lodger.3 
1901 CensusJohn Henry Blackmore and Mary Ann Fernee appeared on the 1901 Census of St Pancras, London, at 69 Peckwater Street, enumerated 31 Mar 1901. John Henry was 42, a Coach painter, and was born in St Pancras. Mary Ann was 42 and worked as a Laundress. Their daughter Elizabeth was listed as living with them, as well as May and Alexander (both age 14, born Fulham). The Blackmores occupied 4 rooms and Mary Ann's mother Sarah Fernee occupied one room.2
