The attestation papers included the following information: current address Underwood, Bruce County, Ont, born Dec 2nd 1895 in Bruce Tp, farm laborer, next-of-kin father Alexander Begg of Underwood

1921 CensusEarl Gilchrist Begg appeared on the 1921 Census of Cariboo, British Columbia. He was a hired man working for a farmer. They lived in a two-room wood home. Earl was 25, born in Ontario, Presbyterian, and earned $960.5 
DeathEarl died in 1980.
