Jasper Park Orchestra

Irvin Plumm, and his Jasper Park Lodge orchestra, the members of which have become so well known, both individually and collectively, to radio audiences for their performances over CNRW in the course of the last two years, are leaving this week-end for Jasper, where they will play during the summer. They have been at the Fort Garry hotel during the winter season. Don Skiles? and Den Skiles, twin brothers, have been with Mr Plumm since he organized the orchestra four years ago. Den is the saxophonist and Don the violinist. The voice of Floyd Simpson, the drummer, has been heard in many songs. Paul Dalman is the trumpeter, and Allan Vickers the pianist. The orchestra will return again in the fall to the Fort Garry hotel.8
