They had two daughters, Treassia (4) and Irene (9 months.)6 
1901 CensusNeil and Ellen appeared on the 1901 Census of Vaughan Township, York County, Ontario, at Teston. Niel was 43, born 19 July 1857 in Ontario, Scotch, Presbyterian, and a carpenter employee. Ellen was 38, born 29 April 1863 in Ontario, Scotch and Presbyterian. Their children were Terressa (14) and Irine (10.)7
