Edward and his brother William were bequeathed two dwelling houses now building in the Village of Cheriton Fitzpaine on the north side of Richard's present house, including the timber lying in the orchard to complete the building, all in his estate called Pynes. They were also to receive £20 each out of the surplus of Pynes when sold. Edward was to have first choice of the houses being built.2 |
