The other family at 63 Peckwater was Emily's widowed sister Sarah Denny and her five chldren.9

With her were her children William Sylvester (22, railway labourer), Lillian (17, daily housework), Ernest (15, factory hand), Herbert (13), Robert (12), Daisy (8), and Henry Edward (5). Their residence had four rooms and the census return was filled out by William.10
