Life Events

BaptismJohn Parker was baptized on 26 Nov 1774 in Bleadon, Somerset. He was the son of Samuel and Elizabeth.1
MarriageHe married Mary Capel on 30 Mar 1795 in Bleadon.
Details from the record: John Parker, abode Bleadon; Mary Capel, Bleadon; witnesses: Joseph Tripp and George Parker.2
Research Note
John and Mary appear to have 3 sons whose baptism records have not been found. John and Mary were the only Parker family having children in the years that their children were baptised in Lympsham. The three are:

Charles, born about 1820 in Lympsham. His mother Mary was with him in the 1851 census so the surety that he belongs to them is good.

James, born about 1810 in Lympsham. He was a blacksmith. His marriages took place before father's names were recorded.

George, who was 25 in the 1841 census and died before the 1851. He lived in Hutton and was a blacksmith. On his marriage record, his father was stated to be John Parker, a Blacksmith.

***I am adding the three to this family and am definitely open to comments as well as corroborating or refuting evidence***.

1841 CensusJohn and Mary Parker appeared on the 1841 Census of Lympsham, Somerset. John was a Blacksmith, age 65. Mary was 65. There were three other Parkers in the household, Ann (20), Charles (15), and Robert (4). All were born in Somerset. Note that the 1841 census records ages rounded down to the nearest 5 years, does not record relationships, and only indicates whether or not the person was born in the county.3
DeathJohn died in 1849.4

BurialHe was buried on 21 Feb 1849 in Lympsham, Somerset. The register noted that he was a blacksmith, age 76, abode R[ectorial] Manor House.4
